AI Analyst – Image Annotation & Research

About the role

Curvia AI is looking for Indonesian‑speaking photographers and annotators to create evaluation material for multimodal AI agents. You will work remotely, sourcing real‑world images, obscuring key details, and preparing prompts and grading rubrics for AI testing.

Key responsibilities

• Source authentic, high‑quality photographs of places, products and media that are copyright‑free or properly licensed.
• Verify image licences and document provenance.
• Conduct multi‑step research using Google Search, Google Lens and reverse image search to confirm image subjects.
• Create cropped, occluded or degraded versions that hide identifying details while keeping realistic visual clues.
• Write clear, time‑bound English prompts that do not reveal the target identity.
• Prepare concise one‑sentence grading criteria for each instance.
• Document ground‑truth identity, research process, supporting evidence and expected outcome in solution notes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, content review or a related analytical role (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Search, Google Lens and reverse image search.
• Ability to source and verify copyright‑free images from Wikimedia Commons, Smithsonian Open Access, Creative Commons and public‑domain collections.
• Basic image‑editing skills (crop, mask, degrade visual content).
• Attention to detail for writing concise prompts and grading rubrics.
• Comfort with shared Google Drive folders, file‑naming conventions and structured deliverable submissions.
