AI Automation Consultant / Business Systems Integration Specialist

About the role

RAM Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Automation Consultant to design and implement an AI‑powered operating system that connects our existing software tools. The role will create a digital executive assistant that automates repetitive tasks, improves visibility, and supports faster decision‑making across sales, operations, finance and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Map current business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design scalable workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make and OpenAI APIs.
• Build AI agents and integrations that connect Microsoft 365, Connecteam, LeadConnector, Quotient, Xero/QuickBooks and other tools.
• Test, deploy and monitor automations, ensuring reliability and security.
• Create documentation, SOPs and train internal staff on new workflows.
• Provide recommendations for future improvements and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Experience delivering automation projects in a construction or similar industry (desirable).

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Power Automate.
• API integrations, Zapier and/or Make.
• OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs and AI agent platforms (e.g., Lindy, Copilot Studio).
• CRM automation with GoHighLevel/LeadConnector.
• Connecteam and Quotient integrations.
• Xero or QuickBooks automation.
• Dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
