AI Consultant

About the role

Capsa AI is building an AI Operating System for private capital markets and is looking for an AI Consultant to bridge the product team and sophisticated private‑equity buyers. The role is hybrid, based in London, and focuses on driving adoption, proving ROI, and turning proof‑of‑concept pilots into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Guide private‑capital funds through technical setup, integrations (CRM, FactSet) and workflow optimisation.
• Design, run and measure proof‑of‑concept engagements that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases across deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio monitoring, and train client teams.
• Partner with sales to convert engaged PoCs into multi‑year enterprise contracts.
• Build repeatable implementation frameworks, training materials and success metrics.
• Present usage analytics and strategic recommendations to C‑suite and AI committees.
• Provide product feedback to shape the roadmap based on client needs.
• Support commercial activities such as scoping statements of work and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting with M&A exposure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, STEM or a comparable field from a top‑tier university.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, capable of briefing C‑suite audiences.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple workstreams and tight deadlines autonomously.
• Strong curiosity about AI and hands‑on experience with foundation models.
