AI Consultant – Microsoft Azure Solutions

About the role

Robert Half Technology is seeking an AI Consultant to join a leading UK real‑estate organisation. The role is hands‑on, covering the full lifecycle of AI solutions from design through deployment, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver AI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery and proof‑of‑concept to production deployment.
• Work with stakeholders to define use cases, translate requirements and communicate technical concepts.
• Build AI agents in Azure to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver document‑intelligence solutions using Azure AI services, including document management and information extraction.
• Develop and optimise internal call‑agent solutions and support lease‑to‑lease automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.
• Contribute to the AI roadmap and identify future innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong software‑engineering background with hands‑on development across the lifecycle.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents into production.
• Extensive work with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure AI services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice‑versa.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
