AI & Data Treasury Lead – Treasury Transformation

About the role

This newly created position sits within the Group Treasury function of a major FTSE‑listed organisation. It combines treasury operations, data analytics and AI to drive digital transformation and improve decision‑making across a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead treasury digital transformation initiatives, identifying automation opportunities using AI and data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain treasury reporting dashboards in Power BI, delivering insightful analysis on liquidity, debt, cash management and financial risk.
• Execute and control treasury payments, funding transactions, inter‑company settlements and support FX/derivative processing.
• Manage treasury controls, bank account structures and settlement data, resolving operational issues with banking partners.
• Partner with regional treasury and finance teams, providing analysis and recommendations on banking structures, cash pooling and liquidity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational treasury functions with exposure to cash management, funding and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in leveraging technology to improve processes.
• Ability to work across multiple international markets and interact with senior finance leaders.
