AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for super‑talented AI engineers to help us build state‑of‑the‑art AI agents extremely fast. You will join a lean, talent‑dense engineering team in London and be responsible for developing production‑ready AI agents for patent professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production‑ready AI agents for drafting, analysing, and evaluating patents.
• Manage context, build specialist tools, and perform prompt engineering to handle thousands of documents at scale.
• Build and maintain a robust evaluation pipeline to benchmark AI performance across large datasets.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building AI agents and products, demonstrated through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
• Proven ability to solve highly complex problems in AI and IP domains.
• Exceptional written communication skills.

Required skills

• Expert in Python.
• Experience with context engineering and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with back‑end development and Postgres databases.
• Experience with front‑end development using Typescript and React.
