AI Operations Engineer

About the role

You will make Conduct the most productive company per headcount by embedding AI into every workflow that matters – across GTM, finance, ops, and engineering. You’ll work closely with developers, understand what they are building, and use strategic instinct to identify automation opportunities with the highest leverage.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leads across GTM, product, finance, and ops to identify and prioritize high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling using both code‑first approaches and modern low‑code platforms.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical builds, contribute to developer productivity workflows, and create tools that accelerate engineers.
• Maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.

Required profile

• 2+ years in technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product roles, working closely with engineering teams.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tooling and the ability to prototype real workflows.
• Sharp process thinker who spots inefficiencies, prioritizes ruthlessly, and designs solutions that get adopted.
• High ownership and low ego, comfortable building and presenting business cases.
