AI Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of global digital systems for an international education provider. The role combines strategic product vision with hands‑on delivery, ensuring continuous improvement of AI‑driven assets while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and deliver AI‑enabled products and services across B2C and B2B markets.
• Manage product backlogs, write user stories and guide agile teams through sprints.
• Engage stakeholders, gather user feedback and champion continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial aspects of product development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide consultancy, analysis and problem‑solving support throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in B2C/B2B environments.
• Experience managing products using agile methodologies and creating user stories.
• Agile project management qualification preferred.
• Strong appreciation of AI technologies within an educational context.
• Experience working with globally dispersed, matrix‑structured teams.
• ITIL certification desirable.
