AI Transformation Lead – Product & Workflow Expertise

About the role

The AI Transformation Lead will act as the operational backbone for a globally‑established data services business that already runs AI engineering teams in production. Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will own the health of the AI portfolio, covering product development, agentic deployments and workflow transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and run the delivery planning cadence across the AI portfolio – sprint planning, roadmap tracking and milestone management.
• Maintain a real‑time view of delivery health, surfacing blockers, risks and schedule variances early.
• Drive delivery governance by establishing rituals, tooling and reporting cadences for shared visibility.
• Translate technical delivery status into clear progress narratives for senior executives.
• Collaborate with the Director of AI Engineering and Principal AI Lead to align sequencing with capacity and commercial priorities.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalating when necessary while avoiding unnecessary process overhead.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving engineering environment.
• Deep understanding of AI product development, agentic deployments and workflow transformation.
• Strong programme rigour combined with the ability to operate credibly alongside AI engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior executive level.
