About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our busy Line Station in Hampshire. You will support licensed engineers on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of business jets, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks in line with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and industry standards.
- Maintain safety, quality and full regulatory compliance throughout all work.
- Record man‑hours, materials and complete maintenance documentation accurately.
- Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and Mobile Response Team activities.
- Assist with light scheduled maintenance and AOG recovery operations.
- Uphold high aircraft presentation standards and keep the workplace clean and organised.
- Assist the Line Station Manager with regulatory adherence and improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and coach apprentices when required.
Required profile
- Completed apprenticeship or formal aviation mechanical training.
- Minimum 2 + years aeronautical experience in line maintenance, including at least 12 months hands‑on.
- Experience on private or business aircraft preferred.
- Good understanding of Part 145 regulations and MOE procedures.
- Familiarity with HF/FTS and EWIS requirements.
- Competent using maintenance IT systems, tooling and ground support equipment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Full UK driving licence, eligibility for an airside pass and right to work in the UK.
