Airfares Ticketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager with a strong Tour Operator background to lead our Fares & Ticketing department. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, meet deadlines, and maintain high service standards across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day ticketing activities, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage ticketing queues, including schedule changes, web, native, general, and re‑issues.
• Monitor automated ticketing processes and resolve match failures.
• Coordinate booking amendments caused by airline schedule changes.
• Track fare, fuel, and tax updates and communicate them to agents and clients.
• Support BSP ticket audits, airline refunds, and E‑tracker processing.
• Liaise with reservations teams, online partners, and scripting providers on fare queries and GDS updates.
• Monitor TINS reports and correct discrepancies.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support on a rota basis and assist with crisis management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a ticketing team within a Tour Operator environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing and re‑issuing for multiple airlines.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Amadeus and/or Galileo.
