Alliances Consulting Manager – French Speaking

About the role

As a Senior Manager, Partner Sales, you will lead the sell‑through strategy and go‑to‑market activities for Diligent’s SaaS solutions through partner channels. You will work cross‑functionally to enable customers, grow revenue, and expand the partner ecosystem in your assigned territory while speaking both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new partners within the assigned territory.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partners.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners.
• Coordinate operational and business activities with partners to define sales cycles and achieve New ARR quota.
• Manage direct‑partner conflict by fostering clear communication between channel and direct sales teams.
• Develop sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and monitor partner performance through Salesforce.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management or channel management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in both French and English.
• Ability to build long‑lasting processes and work collaboratively across departments.
