Analyst / Senior Analyst, Customer Enablement

About the role

Join American Airlines as an Analyst or Senior Analyst in Customer Enablement, supporting strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. You will help shape sales strategy, strengthen distribution, and collaborate with airline partners on CRM, data exchange, and agency programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on joint‑business (JB) sales initiatives to align with global sales perspective.
• Build relationships with headquarters and regional teams to influence agency and corporate program strategy.
• Lead analytical efforts for JB corporate and agency programs, new route launches, and other AA‑led priorities.
• Manage EMEA account segmentation analysis and coordinate CRM tool updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop projects that enhance distribution and online selling.
• Provide communication, training, and support to AA and JB account management teams.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Aviation or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with an independent work ethic.
• Inquisitive approach and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for data analysis and segmentation.
