Analytics Manager – Customer & CRM Insights (Hybrid)

About the role

We are supporting a well‑known retail business that needs an Analytics Manager to lead a high‑performing customer analytics team. The role combines strategic insight with hands‑on analysis to drive data‑led decisions across marketing, CRM, eCommerce and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four analysts, supporting their development and delivery.
• Drive the evolution of customer and CRM analytics capabilities across the business.
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve customer engagement, retention and commercial performance.
• Deliver deep‑dive analysis and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital and Commercial functions to solve business challenges through data.
• Manage and prioritise an analytics roadmap, ensuring high‑value projects are delivered effectively.
• Develop reporting frameworks, analytical models and self‑serve insight solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing or leading analytics teams.
• Strong background within retail, eCommerce or other customer‑centric environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large‑scale datasets.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior audiences.
