Analytics & Sales Graduate Program – French Speakers

About the role

The Analytics & Sales program at Bloomberg offers a unique entry‑level opportunity to develop deep knowledge of Bloomberg’s financial data products while supporting clients worldwide. Based in London, you will start in the Analytics team, providing 24/7 assistance to Bloomberg Professional Service users and later have the chance to move into a client‑facing sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via the Instant Bloomberg chat, handling up to 12,000 daily requests in multiple languages.
• Educate portfolio managers, traders and other users on Bloomberg risk‑management tools, market‑liquidity features and new product releases.
• Deliver on‑site training sessions and webinars to up‑skill clients on Bloomberg functionality.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on product roll‑outs, onboarding and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in a comprehensive training programme covering financial markets, asset classes and Bloomberg analytics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interest in financial markets and client service.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
