Application Support Analyst

About the role

EBITS LLP is seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join its global support team. You will be the first point of contact for clients using our aviation refuelling software, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Log, investigate and resolve customer requests in line with defined SLAs.
• Provide exemplary customer service and keep clients updated throughout the support process.
• Deploy and configure applications remotely and, when required, on‑site.
• Maintain support documentation, including request records and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform testing and quality assurance on new and existing software releases.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver occasional training to clients and colleagues.
• Participate in scheduled out‑of‑hours on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
• Experience in a help‑desk or service‑desk environment is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or newer).
• T‑SQL and basic database functions.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Microsoft Office 365.
