Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Savers as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant and start a career in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will spend 12 months training on the shop floor, learning how to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, help them find products and ensure they leave with a positive experience.
• Maintain store presentation so it is "insta‑worthy" and meets brand standards.
• Promote the best deals and engage with the local community.
• Complete a Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship assessment at the end of the training period.

Required profile

• Passionate about the products sold and eager to work in a retail setting.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and works well as part of a team.
• Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C in English and Maths.
• Not currently in education, available for full‑time shifts, and has not previously completed a retail apprenticeship.
• Eligible to work in the UK and brand new to retail.
