Apprentice Sales Advisor

About the role

Join EE as an Apprentice Sales Advisor and start your career in telecom sales. You will interact with customers over the phone, understand their needs, and recommend the right EE products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage customers with a friendly, professional tone.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable mobile, broadband, and smart‑home solutions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to an uncapped commission scheme.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with one study day per week.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads.

• No prior experience needed – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly voice.
• Commitment to full‑time work and apprenticeship study.
