About the role
An architectural practice working across a range of sectors is expanding its London office and is looking for an Architect or Architectural Technician with experience in HRB cladding remediation. The role supports a growing portfolio of specialist projects.
Key responsibilities
- Technical design, detailing and coordination
- Working closely with contractors and external consultants throughout project delivery
Required profile
- Experience on HRB cladding remediation projects is essential
- Experience taking projects through technical design and delivery
- Confident coordinating with contractors and external consultants
Required skills
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- Good understanding of façade systems, technical detailing and UK Building Regulations
