Architect – Commercial Office Projects (Part 3, up to 8 years PQE)

About the role

Our client, a leading AJ100 architectural practice, is seeking a talented Architect to join their collaborative team working on commercial office schemes across the UK. The role is suitable for a recently qualified Part 3 architect up to 8 years post‑qualification experience, focusing on both retrofit and new‑build projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work across commercial office projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed technical packages and construction information.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Support delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5, utilising Revit daily for design and documentation.
• Assist in client meetings and project coordination.
• Ensure projects meet high technical and design standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Recently qualified Part 3 architect up to 8 years PQE.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with practical experience in a UK practice.
• Experience on UK‑based commercial office projects (retrofit and/or new build).
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
• Ideally ARB registered.
