Architectural Technologist – Healthcare Projects

About the role
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a specialist RIBA‑chartered practice in Chorley. The role focuses on delivering award‑winning design services for healthcare projects, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation.
- Develop planning schemes into detailed construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits to verify technical compliance.
- Produce technical specifications, tender packages and working drawing sets.
Required profile
- Degree in Architectural Technology.
- Post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
