About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice that delivers award‑winning design services to the residential and education sectors. The practice is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to work from its Stockport studio.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to maintain strong working relationships.
Required profile
- Degree in Architectural Technology.
- Strong post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
- Proficiency with Revit (essential).
- Experience managing projects across various sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Live within a commutable distance to Stockport.
