Project Manager

About the role

Robinsons Brewery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of investment projects across its estate, including pub refurbishments, new developments, brewery upgrades and head‑office initiatives. You will own projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment, development and capital investment projects across the Robinsons estate.
• Develop project briefs, budgets, programmes and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain commercial control, including cost management, change control and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements, Building Regulations, CDM and other statutory obligations.
• Build strong relationships across the business to minimise disruption and support trading performance.
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining accurate reporting and governance documentation.

Required profile

• Confident and organised project professional who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven experience delivering refurbishment, development or capital projects across a multi‑site estate.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes, contractors, consultants and professional advisers.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project delivery, planning processes, Building Regulations and CDM requirements.
• Ability to deliver results while protecting the character and value of assets.
