Area Manager – Multi‑Site Retail Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to lead a portfolio of sites for a globally recognised consumer brand. You will coach managers, drive commercial performance and use data‑driven insights to improve results in a fast‑paced customer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple retail/hospitality sites and ensure targets are met.
• Coach, mentor and develop site managers to build high‑performing teams.
• Analyse commercial data and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Multi‑site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a structured leadership programme.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ambition to build a long‑term leadership career.
