We are partnering with a leading retailer to find an ambitious Area Manager for Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You will oversee a portfolio of stores, driving performance and ensuring each location delivers outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Store Managers across the region.

Required profile

• Current Area Manager in supermarket, convenience or discount retail, or a high‑performing Store Manager ready for a multi‑site role.
• Strong commercial leader with a proven ability to drive results.
• Inspirational communicator who can influence and develop others.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced retail environment.
