Area Merchandiser – North West (Manchester & Liverpool)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Area Merchandiser to support a leading beauty retail operation across the North West of England. The role is field‑based, requiring you to travel between stores in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and surrounding locations, ensuring high merchandising standards and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores regularly to implement new product launches and range changes.
• Audit planogram compliance and overall merchandising standards.
• Coach and train store merchandisers, providing feedback and troubleshooting issues.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and act as the regional merchandising expert.
• Produce reports and photographic evidence of store compliance.

Required profile

• Retail experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coaching or developing colleagues is advantageous.
• Organised with excellent communication skills.
• Confident working independently and able to travel overnight when required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
