Area Sales Manager – South East England

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our client’s growth across the South East of England. Based in Medway, you will represent a leading supplier of premium home‑improvement products, building relationships with trade outlets, distributors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture key client relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and home‑improvement market.
• Establish strong connections with contractors, merchants and specifiers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and provide technical support when required.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in field‑based sales, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
• Experience managing a regional territory and meeting sales objectives.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) system proficiency.
