Area/Shift Manager – Amazon Operations

About the role

Join Amazon’s fast‑growing operations network as an Area/Shift Manager. You will lead a diverse team on the night shift, ensuring safety, efficiency and on‑time delivery in a high‑tempo fulfillment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data, map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, test and implement solutions to enhance service levels at Fulfilment, Sortation or Delivery stations.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor process efficiency across the site.
• Handle routine team management, escalations, process‑improvement projects and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with managers, technology teams and front‑line associates to solve complex operational challenges.
