About the role
As an Area/Shift Manager at Amazon you will lead a large, diverse team on the night shift within a fulfillment, sortation or delivery centre. You will ensure safety, productivity and service quality while adapting to a fast‑changing operational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse data, map processes and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Develop, test and implement solutions to improve site performance.
- Maintain safety standards for the team and the entire site.
- Monitor and optimise process efficiency on a daily basis.
- Handle routine team management, escalations and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with managers, technology teams and front‑line associates to solve complex challenges.

- Ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse workforce.
