Artist Lead – Account & Project Management

About the role

The Artist Lead will manage relationships with a portfolio of leading contemporary artists and oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact between artists, internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with artists, their studios and galleries, ensuring consistent communication and long‑term value.
• Lead project planning, timelines, budgets and contracts, delivering projects on schedule with an exceptional artist experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Production and Sales to develop release strategies, pricing research and commercial proposals.
• Conduct market analysis, provide insights and drive engagement through content, promotion and collector referrals.
• Prepare and present post‑launch reports, edition roadmaps and future project proposals.
• Manage pitch processes, create decks and track revenue forecasts in Airtable.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project or account management experience, preferably in a high‑growth or creative environment.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, comfortable working with data and commercial models.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and experience negotiating contracts and budgets.
