Artworker

About the role

The Artworker will join MOO’s in‑house Creative agency in London, turning design concepts into polished, production‑ready assets. Working across digital, print and motion, you will ensure every piece reflects the brand’s high standards of quality, consistency and visual impact.

Key responsibilities

• Produce final artwork and production‑ready files for digital, print and motion deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors and project managers to translate creative concepts into accurate assets.
• Retouch, resize and reformat visuals for multiple channels, maintaining colour fidelity and typographic consistency.
• Support campaigns, promotions and product launches by delivering on‑brand assets on time.
• Maintain technical control and adhere to MOO’s creative and production standards.
• Create and adapt templates or guidelines to scale creative consistency.
• Participate in workflow improvements and share technical knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Experience in a creative agency or in‑house brand team, working closely with designers and artworkers.
• Calm, confident communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and a passion for tidy folder and file systems.
• Keen brand guardian who spots inconsistencies and proactively corrects them.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools/software.
• Excellent eye for colour accuracy, typography and brand consistency.
• Ability to retouch, resize and reformat visual assets across multiple channels.
