Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (Dual) – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a dual‑trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to deliver high‑quality hazardous‑materials surveys across Manchester and the wider North West. You will work on a variety of commercial, industrial and public‑sector sites, ensuring compliance with HSG264 and HSG248 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264.
• Complete asbestos‑in‑the‑ground surveys where required.
• Undertake air monitoring, reassurance testing and fibre counting.
• Carry out four‑stage clearances and produce defensible reports.
• Operate across commercial, industrial and public‑sector sites while maintaining strict health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents).
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Professional approach with clients and contractors.
• Full UK driving licence.
