ASO & Partnerships Director

About the role

Zynga is seeking an experienced ASO & Partnerships Director to lead organic growth and platform relationships for its flagship titles such as Merge Dragons, Monster Legends, and FarmVille. Based in Barcelona, you will own the end‑to‑end app store optimization strategy and act as the primary liaison with major app store platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ASO roadmap covering keyword strategy, localization, seasonal updates, and new launches across all markets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and Amazon Appstore to secure featuring and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, User Acquisition, and Data teams to drive sustainable organic installs and improve store conversion rates.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the ASO team to deliver best‑in‑class execution.
• Represent the studio in partner reviews, quarterly business reviews, and industry events, negotiating co‑marketing and joint business plans.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in app store optimization and platform partnership management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• App Store Optimization (ASO) expertise.
• Experience managing relationships with Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and Amazon Appstore.
