Assembler Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembler Technician to join our ELGA LabWater manufacturing site in Lane End, High Wycombe. You will work within a dynamic team assembling mid‑high‑tech water‑technology products and ensuring they meet delivery and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical components and complete finished products according to specifications.
• Support the production line to achieve on‑time delivery and quality targets.
• Perform data‑logging and documentation using Excel or Google Suite.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow mechanical assembly procedures.

Required profile

• Recognised manufacturing assembly qualification or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Confidence in mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly processes.
• Disciplined, self‑motivated and organised approach to tasks.
• Ability to build good working relationships across teams.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel or Google Suite) for data entry.
