About the role
We are seeking a reliable Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team in Hitchin. This full‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, offering a supportive environment to develop practical assembly skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble products and components following detailed work instructions.
- Use a variety of hand tools and equipment to build items to a high standard.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
