We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join a leading manufacturer in Witham. You will be at the heart of the production process, assembling high-quality components with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

• Precision assembly of components and sub-assemblies to exact specifications.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and schematics to ensure correct assembly.
• Use of a variety of hand tools and specialised equipment with accuracy.
• Quality control through precise measurements to meet rigorous standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.

• Positive attitude with a background in hands-on assembly or manufacturing.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, able to work effectively within a skilled team.
