Asset Management Paralegal (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Paralegal to join our London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office, and a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AML/KYC processes for one of the team’s largest clients.
• Assist with funds and commercial practice matters, including drafting and transaction work.
• Provide high‑level legal support from day one, handling client‑facing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the Asset Management department to support rapid expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a paralegal role within funds or a comparable commercial practice.
• Demonstrated experience with AML/KYC procedures (highly advantageous).
• Ability to work quickly and handle high client exposure.
• Professional attitude and strong aptitude for legal drafting.
