About the role
Azets is seeking an Assistant Audit Manager to join its growing audit team. You will own a client portfolio, support revenue targets and build lasting client relationships while developing your leadership skills.
Key responsibilities
- Review accounts and provide advice for complex clients.
- Deliver accounting support and guidance to clients.
- Participate in management activities such as department planning, appraisals and mentoring junior staff.
- Plan and lead audit meetings, manage audit teams throughout the audit cycle.
- Assist with staff resourcing across audits and liaise closely with partners and senior managers.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of IFRS and UKGAAP.
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience auditing clients across various industries.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
