Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

KP Snacks is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help drive growth for one of its priority snack brands. You will work in a fast‑paced, supportive team, turning market insight into actionable plans that deliver commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver annual brand plans.
• Translate market data, shopper insight and commercial performance into clear, actionable growth plans.
• Own brand performance and insight, leading monthly reporting using Nielsen, Kantar, P&L statements and brand tracking.
• Identify trends, uncover opportunities and recommend actions.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery by collaborating with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Partner with agencies to develop and launch campaigns, innovations and activations.
