Assistant Brand Manager – Slough

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join KP Snacks in Slough. You will help shape the growth of a priority brand by turning market insight into actionable plans and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver annual brand plans.
• Translate market data, shopper insight and commercial performance into clear, actionable growth plans.
• Own brand performance and insight, leading monthly reporting using Nielsen, Kantar, P&L statements and brand tracking.
• Identify trends, uncover opportunities and recommend actions to drive sustainable growth.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery by collaborating with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to launch campaigns, innovations and activations.
• Partner with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
