Assistant CRM Manager

About the role

You will support and co‑create the delivery of CRM activity for Superdrug’s 9 million‑member base, producing creative, personalised communications that drive both online and offline customer behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Implement CRM campaigns to develop and grow the Superdrug Health & Beautycard loyalty scheme.
• Co‑create the CRM & Loyalty activity plan, focusing on core KPIs such as Sales Participation, Acquisition and Active Member Rate.
• Lead the creative development of engaging, revenue‑driving campaigns and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build automated, lifecycle and cross‑channel campaigns that deliver the right message at the right time.
• Report on campaign performance, analyse KPIs and recommend optimisation actions.
• Lead the creation and delivery of highly personalised, multi‑channel campaigns.
