Assistant Editor – Mid‑Level, Full‑Time in London

About the role

We are looking for a motivated mid‑level Assistant Editor to join our London office. The role supports editors and producers throughout the commercial post‑production process, from project set‑up to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest and transcode raw footage into edit‑ready formats.
• Maintain clear project structures and organise media assets.
• Source and manage music tracks and sound‑effects libraries.
• Record and sync voice‑over (VO) material.
• Assist editors with rough cuts, revisions and final edits.
• Prepare deliverables, including final masters and ancillary files.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience working in a commercial or advertising editorial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to liaise with editors, producers and external vendors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
