About the role
North Six is looking for a Producer to join its London production team, reporting to the Head of Production. You will own branded‑content projects from brief through to final delivery, collaborating with clients, directors, crew and post‑production partners to deliver high‑quality creative on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end production of branded‑content projects for fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle clients.
- Build, manage and reconcile production budgets, ensuring accurate cost reporting at wrap.
- Develop production schedules and shoot plans, keeping workstreams on track and flagging risks early.
- Source, brief and book crew, directors, talent, locations and suppliers aligned with creative ambition and budget.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, suppliers and talent in line with commercial and legal standards.
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day client contact during production, managing expectations and communicating progress.
- Oversee on‑set logistics, troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure shoots run safely.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, insurance, licensing and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate post‑production with editors, colourists, sound engineers and other partners to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain and grow a trusted network of crew, directors and suppliers, sharing new talent and techniques with the team.
Required profile
- 4+ years’ experience as a Producer in a production company, agency or in‑house studio, preferably in branded content, commercials or fashion/beauty.
- Experience producing social‑content shoots; additional language skills in French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
- Strong track record of managing production budgets and schedules with solid commercial acumen.
- Confident negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of health & safety and production compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable liaising directly with clients.
- Established network (“black book”) of crew, talent and suppliers.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
- Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle content.
