Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

At Eastwood Park Country House we are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support day‑to‑day management of the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. The role includes Duty Manager shifts and acting as Master of Ceremonies at weddings, so confidence and poise are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily management and running of the Food & Beverage operation.
• Carry out Duty Manager shifts across the property.
• Serve as Master of Ceremonies for weddings and related events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent customer service.
• Willingness to take ownership of service standards.

Required skills

• Food safety qualification (desirable).
• Health and safety experience (desirable).
