Assistant Graphic Designer – Retail Food

About the role

You will support the Design Team in creating and delivering engaging visual projects for brand identity, digital channels, print materials and retail marketing communications. Working closely with the Design Manager, you will help develop high‑quality creative assets that are visually impactful and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of creative concepts and visual assets for retail campaigns, seasonal launches and in‑store marketing.
• Design and produce artwork across print, digital and in‑store channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to branding and logo design projects from concept to final implementation.
• Create digital content for websites, email campaigns and social media.
• Produce and edit motion graphics to support online campaigns.
• Maintain organised design files, artwork libraries and project documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in retail or food sectors.
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification, or relevant commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity and logo design.
• Experience creating assets for print, digital and in‑store marketing.
• Exposure to motion graphics and Photoshop retouching is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
