Assistant Management Accountant (Part‑Qualified) – London

About the role

RAMP Global is seeking a proactive Assistant Management Accountant to join its Finance team in Southwark, London. Working closely with the CFO, you will support month‑end reporting, maintain balance‑sheet integrity and deliver insightful financial analysis in a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end closing processes and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Produce regular financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate accruals, pre‑payments and double‑entry bookkeeping records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic finance projects and international operations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience in a technology, services or high‑growth SME environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud accounting software, preferably Xero.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis/reporting.
