Assistant Manager - Coach & Horses (Soho)

About the role

Greene King is recruiting an Assistant Manager for its Coach & Horses pub in Soho. The post is full time and permanent, with 45 scheduled hours per week and a salary of £33,000 to £37,000 plus bonus. You will be at the heart of the management team, helping to keep a busy pub running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the business in their absence
• Lead the team in delivering great experiences for customers
• Act as a role model and support training and development
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the demands of a busy shift
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
• Eligibility to hold a Personal Licence, as the role may involve covering the business in the General Manager's absence (the licence is obtained after appointment)
