Assistant Manager – Debt Advisory

About the role

Interpath Advisory’s Debt Advisory team is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the execution of debt and capital‑raising transactions for clients in the financial services sector. Based in London, you will work on a variety of financing structures, from bank debt to securitisation, helping clients optimise their capital structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and project management of debt advisory and capital‑raising transactions.
• Assist in structuring financing solutions across corporate debt, structured finance and securitisation.
• Develop funding strategies, prepare marketing materials and engage with lenders and investors.
• Participate in negotiations, term‑sheet preparation and transaction documentation through to financial close.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform client recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in debt advisory, capital markets or related financial services advisory.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess complex financing structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Motivation to work on a broad range of financing transactions within a fast‑growing advisory firm.
