Assistant Manager – Fashion Retail (Edinburgh Airport)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager of a thriving fashion retailer located at Edinburgh Airport. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced environment that operates from early morning until late night.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and motivate store staff.
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Support recruitment, training and colleague development.
• Manage stock, compliance and day‑to‑day store operations.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Deputy Manager or similar) in fashion or premium retail.
• Strong track record of meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent organisational and hands‑on leadership abilities.
• Full flexibility to work shifts between 4:00 am and 11:00 pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
