Assistant Manager, Forensic Accounting

About the role

Quantuma, the forensic accounting and investigations arm of K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its team and is looking for a newly or recently qualified ACA or ACCA accountant. As an Assistant Manager you will join a fast‑growing practice that supports high‑profile litigation and a variety of dispute‑related assignments across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior experts and managers on expert‑witness and advisory engagements in shareholder, M&A, negligence and other disputes.
• Assist with investigations in fraud, criminal, matrimonial, compulsory purchase, personal injury and medical negligence matters.
• Collaborate with the Quantuma Insolvency Team on fraud detection and asset‑tracing projects.
• Prepare analytical reports, financial models and evidence packages for court or arbitration use.
• Maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with firm and client confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Newly qualified or recently qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in forensic investigations.
• Ability to work autonomously while receiving guidance from senior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
